My First Random Bit
This is basically an FYI for anyone who loves rich and creamy desserts but feels overwhelmed with guilt after you scarf down pie or cake or whatever else your drug of choice may be. I LOVE Greek yogurt. I buy an organic yogurt made by Stonyfield Farms under the label of "Oikos." It's absolutely amazing! I'm addicted to the single serving packages with honey in the bottom, but I also buy the larger tub of plain and add fresh fruit for a different flavor. They also have fruit in the bottom versions premade that are good if you are short on time, but I do prefer fresh fruit for less sugar content. The good thing is that I can get my sweet fix in the morning for breakfast and also pack in a ton of protein. The honey individual cup has 13g while a serving of the plain has 15g! I've also found a few good recipes on http://www.eatingbender.com/ that use the plain to boost up oatmeal and other breakfast dishes. I haven't tried any out, but I'll let you know when I do!
